Description

HPHT Single Point Diamond Dresser with Morse taper shank for truing and dressing conventional abrasive grinding wheels (aluminum oxide Al₂O₃, silicon carbide SiC). Standard Morse taper shank (MT1) fits universal tool holders on cylindrical, surface and centerless grinding machines.

HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) synthetic monocrystalline diamond delivers exceptional hardness in a single-crystal structure - the same as natural diamond. Key advantages over CVD polycrystalline:

What kind of diamond dressing tools do you manufacture?

We manufacture a wide range of diamond dressing tools, including single-point diamond dressers, which are used for precision dressing and machining of grinding wheels, and multi-point dressers, which are designed for more intensive dressing. We also produce chisel dressers (chisel-shaped dressers such as those for Fortuna and Diaform) as well as specialised diamond pencils for dressing grinding wheels mounted on skate sharpening machines such as Prosharp, SSM, and Wissota. We also manufacture cutters for Reishauer machines that are used to produce worm wheels. Our tools can be either for hand use (Hand Diamond Dresser) or machine use, depending on the customer's needs.
